Q: Are my online payment transactions secure?

A: Yes. Pages on our website where you enter personal information are protected with SSL encryption.

Q: I've just placed an order and forgot an item. Do you combine shipping?

A: Yes, we do! But just in case, contact us "ASAP" before you submit another order so that we can put a hold on to the first one, before it is shipped. The n orm is with in the first 24 hours of placing first order.

Please take Note: Once a package has shipped we are unable to retrieve it for any reason.

Q: I want to return/exchange my purchase! What do I do?

A: Send us an email with your order number, name and shipping address. Please wait for a reply before sending the items back.

Q: How long will it take for me to get a refund?

A: We issue refunds within 2 business days of receipt of the items.

Then it is up to your financial institution to release the funds to you.. we have no control over that. Unless you pay by paypal.

Q: I couldn't find what I was looking for. Can you help?

A: Absolutely! Contact us by email.

Q: I have a large project I am working on, do you sell large quantities ? (ex) 50 grams or more ?

A: Yes, we do. Inquire by email.

Q: Do we have a printed catalog?

A: No. 

Q: Do we have a physical store?

A: No. We are currently an online mail order business only and do not have a retail store "YET"!!

Q: I received a tracking number but I am unable to track my package. 

A: Checking status of order for pre shipped< meaning label has been printed -VS- item/s have been shipped. 

Order status will change with each step until your order is shipped.

Q: Do you offer back orders?

A: No
